Overview
RWAForge is a next-generation decentralized protocol built on the ultra-fast Robinhood Chain. We bridge the gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) by enabling the tokenization, fractionalization, and automated yield generation of Real World Assets (RWA) and institutional strategies.
By leveraging blockchain technology, we eliminate intermediaries, reduce costs, and provide 24/7 global access to premium assets that were previously restricted to institutional or high-net-worth individuals.
Our protocol currently manages 7 active vaults with a total value locked (TVL) of $2,455.67 across distinct asset categories: Perpetual DEX strategies, commodities (gold/silver), government bonds, real estate, tokenized stocks, and DeFi protocol yields.
Core Protocol Mechanics
- Fractional Access: Minimum investment thresholds are removed. Users can own micro-shares of a $10M Manhattan property or a $1M treasury bond portfolio for as little as $1.
- Automated Yield Harvesting: Revenue from rent, bond coupons, or DeFi lending rates is programmatically collected by smart contracts and distributed to vault token holders continuously.
- Complete Transparency: Every asset backing the protocol is verifiable on-chain via proof-of-reserves and decentralized oracles. You can audit the vault's exact holdings in real-time.
- Non-Custodial Architecture: Smart contracts ensure that RWAForge never has unilateral control over user assets. Users can mint and redeem their vault tokens permissionlessly.
Architecture
RWAForge operates through a sophisticated, modular smart contract architecture designed for security, scalability, and interoperability. The system is broken down into four main pillars:
- Asset Integration & Custody: Real-world assets are sourced from regulated, bankruptcy-remote custodians (e.g., Paxos for Gold). These custodians hold the physical assets and issue equivalent ERC-20 tokens on-chain, ensuring a strict 1:1 backing. For crypto-native strategies, liquidity is sourced directly from decentralized exchanges.
- Vault Contracts (ERC-4626): Every strategy utilizes its own isolated vault contract built on the industry-standard ERC-4626 Tokenized Vault Standard. This isolates risk, meaning a failure in one vault cannot affect the funds in another. It tracks deposits, manages the underlying strategy parameters, and calculates the precise yield accrual per share.
- Yield Generation Engine: Revenue flows depend strictly on the asset type. For example, the Hyperliquid vault earns yield by collecting hourly funding rates from short positions. The Real Estate vault collects monthly rental income via USDC payments from the property manager.
- Distribution & Auto-Compounding: Yield is either distributed as dividends (claimable via the dApp) or automatically compounded back into the underlying asset to increase the vault share price (NAV).

Pricing & Triggers
Understanding how RWA vaults are priced and what mechanisms trigger their underlying operations is crucial for maintaining a decentralized and trustless system. RWAForge removes human error by relying heavily on smart contract automation.
Vault Share Pricing (NAV Calculation)
The price of a vault share is determined by its Net Asset Value (NAV). The NAV is calculated transparently on-chain using the following formula:
NAV per Share = (Total Value of Underlying Assets - Protocol Liabilities) / Total Supply of Vault Tokens
Detailed breakdown of valuation methodologies:
- Liquid Assets (Crypto, Tokens): Priced instantaneously using Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) oracles to prevent flash-loan manipulation.
- Illiquid Assets (Real Estate): Priced using dual-oracle consensus. An automated valuation model (AVM) provides weekly updates, while an independent third-party appraisal updates the exact value bi-annually.
- Fixed Income (Bonds): Yield is calculated on a deterministic linear curve based on the bond's coupon rate and time to maturity.
How Vaults are Triggered
To automate yield harvesting, rebalancing, and liquidations without centralized intervention, RWAForge relies on decentralized keeper networks.
- Chainlink Automation (Keepers): Smart contracts have specific
checkUpkeepandperformUpkeepfunctions. Keepers constantly monitor these conditions and trigger transactions automatically when thresholds are met. - Time-Based Triggers: Some strategies, such as the US 3-Month T-Bill, have fixed maturities. Keepers automatically trigger the rollover or redemption of funds at exactly 00:00 UTC on maturity days, seamlessly rotating capital into the next issuance.
- Condition-Based Triggers: For the Hyperliquid Delta-Neutral vault, if the delta neutrality skews beyond a 2% threshold due to market volatility, the smart contract is triggered to automatically hedge the position and restore a 0-delta balance.
- Yield Distribution Triggers: Rent collections and dividends are triggered by webhook events connected to fiat off-ramps, converting fiat payments into USDC and distributing them to vault holders via the ERC-4626 standard.

RWA Prediction Markets (Coming Soon)
RWAForge is expanding beyond traditional yield vaults to introduce the world's first Real-World Asset Prediction Markets. This feature allows users to take speculative positions on macroeconomic events and off-chain asset metrics entirely on-chain, creating a decentralized hub for global financial forecasting.

- Macroeconomic Indicators: Bet on Federal Reserve interest rate hikes, upcoming CPI (Inflation) reports, and non-farm payroll data.
- Real Estate & Commodities: Predict whether specific Manhattan commercial properties will hit target valuations or if Silver lease rates will spike in Q3.
- Traditional Finance (TradFi): Speculate on quarterly earnings reports of major S&P 500 companies or the approval of new ETFs.
How It Works
Users will be able to buy "YES" or "NO" shares using stablecoins (e.g., USDC). The prices of these shares range from $0.01 to $1.00, representing the market's perceived probability of the event occurring. All prediction markets are resolved transparently via robust, decentralized Oracle networks (such as UMA's Optimistic Oracle) which fetch verifiable real-world data points to settle the outcomes securely.
Automated Market Maker (AMM)
Prediction markets will utilize a specialized Conditional Token Framework and a CPMM (Constant Product Market Maker) to ensure deep liquidity. Liquidity providers (LPs) will earn trading fees, opening yet another yield-generating avenue within the RWAForge ecosystem.
Oracles & Data Integrity
Since RWAForge bridges off-chain assets to on-chain environments, the integrity of the data feeds is paramount. We use a multi-oracle redundancy system:
- Chainlink Data Feeds: The primary price feed for highly liquid assets (BTC, ETH, PAXG) and FX rates.
- Chainlink Proof of Reserve (PoR): Used to cryptographically verify that the off-chain fiat/asset reserves backing our vaults (like T-Bills) equal or exceed the on-chain token supply.
- Pyth Network: Utilized for high-frequency price updates for our perpetual vault strategies, requiring sub-second latency.
- UMA Optimistic Oracle: Used specifically to resolve complex, subjective prediction markets and real estate appraisals where data cannot simply be fetched via an API.
Security & Risk Management
Security is the foundation of RWAForge. We implement institutional-grade security measures across the entire protocol stack.
- Smart Contract Audits: Vault contracts and core protocol logic are regularly audited by leading security firms including Trail of Bits and Zellic.
- Multi-Sig Governance: Protocol upgrades, parameter changes, and emergency pauses are managed via a 5-of-7 multi-signature Gnosis Safe wallet held by elected protocol guardians.
- Time-Locked Upgrades: Major protocol changes require a 72-hour timelock before execution, giving users ample time to withdraw funds if they disagree with an upgrade.
- Circuit Breakers: Automated circuit breakers pause deposits and withdrawals if an oracle deviation exceeds 5% in a single block, preventing flash-loan exploits.
